Humans have contributed to changing fire regimes through the acts of suppressing natural fire, igniting fire, and various land management activities (i.e. timber harvest, prescribed burning) that affect overall fire occurrence. Amy is interested in understanding further how humans alter timing and magnitude of water delivery so that we can plan management strategies to protect it for future generations.
