The College of Innovation + Design has you covered this summer and fall. Whether you are looking for online, in person or hybrid courses, we offer something for everyone. This summer, you can earn a credential of readiness from Harvard Business School (HBX CORe), or a certificate in Design Ethnography. If you do not want something so intensive, check out our Bridge 2 Career courses Applied Personal Finance and Professional Skills. More details on all of these offerings can be found on our summer web page.
When it comes to courses for the fall, we will again be offering certificate programs like HBX CORe and Design Ethnography, but also expanding our Bridge 2 Career offerings and including job training opportunities through Work U plus research prospects through Vertically Integrated Projects (VIP). Work U gives students an opportunity to learn valuable real world skills through 10 hours per week of work with top Treasure Valley employers, along with a weekly in person meeting to discuss what they are learning on the job. Our VIP program pairs students with dedicated faculty and graduate assistants to tackle cutting edge research in a variety of fields. There are groups working on everything from microgravity to disaster relief shelters and the program is open to any students from any major.
